Brookside Flavors and Ingredients in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Compo under who will weigh and mix ingredients, stage materials, prevent cross-contamination, and operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with Food and OSHA safety standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining batch records, sampling for lab testing, packing finished goods to customer specs, and collaborating with QA and R&D on scale-ups. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and work overtime.
