We are seeking an experienced Robot & Assembly Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring quality standards, meeting production goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Allendale, NJ
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Salary: $80,000 annually

Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of production employees, leads, and technicians.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support production goals.
- Train, coach, and develop employees.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report production metrics and KPIs.
- 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Experience leading teams of 25+ employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing environments.
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
- ERP/MRP experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical training or college degree preferred.
