Brookside Flavors and Ingredients in Branchburg Township, NJ is hiring a Compo under to weigh and mix ingredients according to formulas, stage materials, prevent cross-contamination, and operate mixers and spray dryers in a fast-paced plant.
You will maintain batch records, follow food safety policies, and collaborate with QA/R&D on rework and scale-ups. A HS diploma is required with 1+ year flavor compounding or related machine operation experience; forklift experience is a plus.
