About the Role

We are seeking a General Labor, Bakery
- Production - 1st Shift team member to join our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a General Labor, Bakery
- Production - 1st Shift
, you will be responsible for forming units to product specifications, slicing product tops, aligning product entering the oven, and monitoring quality throughout the production process. You will also maintain sanitary conditions in all assigned areas to meet safety and GMP standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor high-speed continuous production lines.
• Set up and maintain line equipment in the filling room.
• Perform visual product inspections and regrades.
• Communicate with team members to ensure process continuity and quality standards.
• Maintain adequate stock of raw materials on the line.
• Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of line equipment.
• Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required.
• Perform manual lifting and adhere to all health and safety…
