Lead the Fabrication & Assembly Value Stream in Swedesboro, NJ
Step into a hands-on leadership role guiding an 11-person team of Fabrication and Assembly Technicians. At DAC Worldwide, you’ll orchestrate production flow, elevate quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while building industry-leading training systems that change lives.
A day in this roleYou kick off the morning with a brief stand-up: safety check, priorities, and constraints. You review the ERP schedule, confirm materials with Purchasing, and align with Engineering on build details. On the floor, you coach technicians, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies, and audit processes for safety, quality, and cost. By afternoon, you’ve leveled the schedule, solved a bottleneck in welding, updated KPIs, and mapped a Kaizen to reduce changeover.
You finish the day ensuring tomorrow’s plan, people, and materials are locked in.
