Entry-Level Process Engineer-Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated recent Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduate to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a Production Technician role. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands‑on exposure to drug substance and drug product manufacturing, equipment, and GMP-regulated processes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily pharmaceutical production operations, including batch processing, equipment utilization, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with process optimization, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction
  • Participate in technology transfer, scale-up, and validation activities
  • Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development
  • Author and revise technical documentation including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teams
  • Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor"s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Must be available to work Rotating Shifts; 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, including working every other weekend
  • 0-2 years of experience (recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or regulated manufacturing preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of process engineering principles
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing / plant environment
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to GMP environments
  • Familiarity with batch processing, unit operations, or production equipment
  • Interest in long-term career growth within pharmaceutical manufacturing
