We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at our modern, fully air-conditioned Mountainside, NJ location. ISO-9001, AS-9100, ISO-13485 certified

F/T position. 3 Shifts and overtime available

• Machine high accuracy parts to print using CNC mills or CNC Lathes
• Setting up CNC milling machines or CNC Lathes
• Inspecting parts with QC instruments
• Debugging and optimizing CNC programs with tight tolerances and tough materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Promote teamwork.
• Promote and ensure safe working practices and a healthy work environment.

• At least 5 years of CNC mill and/or CNC Lathe experience
• Strong working knowledge of G and M codes
• Good understanding of CNC programming
• Understanding of Blueprints and GD&T required
• Working knowledge of CAD systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads
• experience with tight tolerance parts with tough materials.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and math skills
