Client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Heidelberg Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining an older Heidelberg printing press 5/color, 40 inches, ensuring the production of exceptional print materials. Your expertise will contribute to delivering vibrant, accurate, and timely print advertising, packaging, and other printed products.

• Set up, operate, and monitor Heidelberg press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials, including labels, packaging, and promotional items.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
• Implement quality control measures by inspecting prints for color consistency, registration accuracy, and overall print quality.
• Manage material handling processes using forklifts or other equipment to load raw materials and unload finished products.

• Must be capable of running a 5 color 40  Heidelberg.
• Proven experience operating Heidelberg or similar printing presses in a manufacturing or commercial print environment.
• Understanding of quality control standards within the print industry to ensure consistent output.
• Ability to operate machinery safely with certifications such as forklift operation preferred but not required.
