Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assemble filtration units, housings, components, and related equipment according to work instructions, drawings, and production specifications
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, cut sheets, blueprints, and production documentation
  • Verify parts, dimensions, materials, and hardware prior to assembly
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality inspections and functional checks to ensure completed products meet company standards and customer specifications
  • Identify, document, and report defects, material shortages, or production issues
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and production areas
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed assemblies for shipment
  • Support inventory organization, material handling, and production staging activities as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assembly equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

This role includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities listed above. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support team and business operations.

Education and/or

Experience:

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production environments preferred

Ability to accurately read tape measures and verify dimensions

Advanced

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documentation

Advanced

Strong organizational and time management skills

Advanced

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Advanced

Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing or production setting

Advanced experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production environments preferred

Language Abilities:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and work place policies. Ability to analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write professional correspondences. Ability to speak effectively with others. Ability to present formal information in one-on-one and small group situations to management and/or other employees. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and/or employees.

Mathematical Abilities:

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and design and interpret charts and graphs to communicate business issues.

Reasoning Abilities:

Ability to carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form to carry out business objectives. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Other Abilities:

  • Experience with filtration systems or industrial equipment assembly
  • Familiarity with pneumatic, mechanical, or fluid handling components
  • Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
