The Design Engineer will design, program, and help integrate advanced home automation, energy management, and low-voltage systems for some of the most sophisticated residential and commercial projects in the region. This is a hands‑on role. You will take a design challenge, research the right solution, build it out, and see it through to implementation rather than hand it off. They are looking for someone who can grow into a true technical right hand, someone who can be handed a complex design problem and trusted to deliver a well‑researched, expert answer without needing extensive oversight along the way.

This is not a desk job and not a remote position. You'll be in the field enough to understand how your designs actually get built and to jump in when needed, while owning the design and programming side of every project you touch. Success in this role looks like growing from a strong individual contributor into a genuine technical leader within the organization over time.

• Design, program, and help integrate advanced automation, lighting control, networking, and energy management systems for high‑end residential and commercial projects.
