We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to contribute to our industrial manufacturing operations. If you possess a background in operating machinery, enjoy a practical, hands-on work environment, and have the technical aptitude to interpret blueprints and specifications, we encourage you to apply. This role offers a steady 4-day workweek for those who thrive in a production-focused setting.
Available ShiftsShift 1:
Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Shift 2:
Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Ensure industrial equipment runs safely and at peak efficiency.
- Execute tasks based on provided production guidelines, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Configure and manage machinery in alignment with standard operational protocols.
- Oversee equipment performance during cycles to proactively identify and ?> potential malfunctions.
- Verify that completed items adhere to strict quality standards and production benchmarks.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety protocols and keeping the workspace tidy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the team hits daily production targets.
- Support general production tasks and machine-related functions as necessary.
- Prior background in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated history of success in a Machine Operator role.
- Capacity to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Comfortable performing tasks in a dynamic, hands-on production facility.
- Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, and kneel throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following precise instructions.
- Dependable attendance record and a dedicated work ethic.
- Ability to contribute to team goals while managing individual tasks effectively.
