Job Description:

• Operation of rubber mixing, molding, and extruding equipment.
• Utilizes various types of shop equipment to manufacture various rubber parts.
• Works from and in accordance with specifications and design criteria including but not limited to verbal instructions, work orders, and drawings.
• Performs quality checks using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments; maintains accurate dimensional tolerances based upon drawings.
• Selects the appropriate tools to maximize efficiency and ensure quality of product.
• Sets up and operates a variety of machines including but not limited to mixing mills, presses, and extruders and ensure the proper utilization of equipment and material

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of measuring tools/gauges.
• Understanding of technical drawings.
• Ability to stand throughout the day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.

3 week training;
Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm then transitions to Thursday-Sunday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm temp-to-perm.
