We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery – Relief to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery – Relief
, you will be accountable for ensuring critical production line positions are properly supported and covered across bakery operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, food safety compliance, and continuous production flow.

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Weekend Availability: As needed based on business requirements

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $26.00

• Ensure production line coverage across key bakery operations to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Operate and support multiple production processes while ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Follow standard operating procedures, equipment guidelines, and established work practices.
• Collaborate with Operators, Leads, and team members to optimize line performance and efficiency.
• Identify operational issues and support waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality, and workplace safety standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum six (6) months of experience as an Ingredient Operator or in a related production role.
• Basic knowledge of dough mixing processes and production equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret scale measurements and temperature readings.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to accurately document production, process, and ingredient information.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
