What You'll DoAs a member of our machining team, you'll manufacture high-quality precision components used in technical training systems shipped to customers throughout North America and around the world.

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate machining equipment to produce precision components

Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and other bench operations

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

Inspect products and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform routine machine maintenance and equipment care Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications Minimum two years of machining experience

Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bonus Qualifications Advanced machine setup and troubleshooting experience

Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment
