Manufacturing Operator

Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co. is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to learn a new trade, we provide hands‑on training and opportunities for long-term career growth.

• Set up and adjust equipment for production runs
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Monitor production processes and product quality
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Work closely with team members to achieve production goals

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, production, industrial, machine operator, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to commute to Northvale, NJ
