Production Associate – Medical Device
Location: Wall Township, NJ
Pay: 24.00 per hour |
Shift: M-F 1st shift is 7am-3:30pm
Job Summary

Seeking a reliable Production Associate to manufacture and package medical device components. This role involves hands‑on assembly, production, inspection, and documentation while following quality and safety standards.

• Assemble, sort, label, wire wrap, cut, strip, and prepare plastic and metal components.
• Operate production equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Inspect products using basic measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Complete production documentation and basic math calculations.
• Cross‑train across multiple production tasks and product lines.
• Follow GMP/GDP, Lean Manufacturing, quality, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; medical device experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.

$24.00 per hour
