Location: Andover
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule:
Thursday-Sunday 6:30am-5pm (Training is Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings for quality output.
- Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain production records and report issues.
- Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean.
- Assist with material handling and basic machine maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing/production setting with set shift hours; may include night shifts.
