Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 Base Salary

A growing contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in nutraceuticals and dietary supplements is seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to lead strategic, sales‑driven marketing initiatives that generate pipeline growth and strengthen market positioning.
This role is responsible for developing and executing forward‑looking marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation, trade shows, outbound marketing, digital engagement, and sales enablement. The Brand Strategist will work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business opportunities.
Revenue & Pipeline StrategyDevelop and execute 6–12‑month marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and revenue growth.
Build integrated B2B campaigns that support outbound sales initiatives and inbound lead generation.
Identify target accounts, buyer personas, and market opportunities to expand pipeline.
Measure campaign effectiveness based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Create and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, events, and outbound sales initiatives.
Develop messaging frameworks and campaign assets that support sales conversations and differentiate the brand.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer‑facing channels.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and business objectives.
Partner closely with the sales team to align messaging, targeting, and follow‑up strategies.
Develop sales enablement materials that support prospecting and business development efforts.
Support outbound campaigns with strategic touchpoints including email, social media, content marketing, and event follow‑up.
Develop and manage the annual trade show and event strategy.
Coordinate pre‑event marketing campaigns, appointment‑setting initiatives, and post‑event lead nurturing.
Maximize event ROI through strategic planning and pipeline conversion activities.
Own and manage company social media platforms, with a primary focus on Linked In.
Develop monthly content calendars designed to increase engagement and generate qualified leads.
Support digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business development.
Develop marketing strategies supporting domestic and international growth initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Assist with campaign localization and market positioning for new target audiences.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Analyze marketing data and recommend continuous improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Track key performance indicators and optimize marketing investments.
3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, B2B marketing, or marketing strategy.
Proven success developing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing’s role in pipeline generation.
Experience planning marketing initiatives around trade shows, events, and outbound sales efforts.
Experience managing business social media accounts, particularly Linked In.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to develop strategic marketing plans while executing effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work full‑time on‑site.
Experience with in a sales‑driven or high‑growth business environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
Experience partnering closely with sales teams to support revenue generation.
Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000
