Neptune City, NJ | $95,000–$115,000 Salary
Schedule: 100% Onsite
About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that’s looking for a Marketing Strategist who knows how to turn marketing into sales pipeline.
This is not a basic content, design, or social‑media‑only role. They need someone who can build campaigns, support outbound sales, drive trade show strategy, strengthen Linked In engagement, and help generate qualified leads.
This is a strong fit for someone with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, trade shows or another sales‑driven environment.
Responsibilities- Build and execute 6–12 month marketing strategies focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
- Develop B2B campaigns that support outbound sales, inbound leads, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Plan marketing initiatives around trade shows, industry events, product launches, key sales cycles, and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, outreach strategy, and follow‑up plans.
- Create clear messaging that helps differentiate the brand and supports sales conversations.
- Manage company social media channels, especially Linked In, with a focus on visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support outbound sales efforts through email campaigns, content, social touchpoints, event follow‑ups, and sales materials.
- Help develop campaign strategies for expanding into new domestic and international markets.
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion activity, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning across digital, sales, event, and customer‑facing channels.
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, B2B marketing, or a related marketing role.
- Experience building campaigns that support lead generation, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and how marketing helps create pipeline.
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, outbound campaigns, or sales‑driven marketing initiatives.
- Strong writing, messaging, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and turning business goals into marketing action plans.
- Experience managing business social media accounts, especially Linked In.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
- CRM or marketing automation experience is a plus.
- $95,000–$115,000 salary range
