• Collaborate across teams to identify key learning opportunities aligned with business initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive learning plans using agency resources or self‑directed research.
• Present actionable insights through compelling presentations, reports, and other mediums.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market research fundamentals; experience crafting surveys, screeners, discussion guides, and analytic plans.
• Experience moderating consumer research highly preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consumer insights, analytics, brand management, or a strategy‑focused role.

Salary range: $115,520–$173,280. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
