Marketing Coordinator

Arcade Beauty is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support brand, trade, and digital marketing initiatives across our fragrance and cosmetics business lines. This role is ideal for an organized, detail oriented marketing professional who wants hands‑on experience supporting marketing for a manufacturer that partners with some of the most recognized names in beauty. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with sales leadership and external partners to execute campaigns, manage marketing collateral, coordinate trade show logistics, and maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.

• Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of marketing collateral and sample kits for both fragrance and cosmetics product lines.
• Support planning and on‑site execution for industry trade shows and customer presentations, including booth logistics, sample displays, and shipping coordination.
• Maintain and update the company website, digital asset library, and social media channels with current product and capability content.
• Assist in the creation of customer-facing presentations, case studies, sell sheets, and capability decks for new business development and account management teams.
• Manage marketing project timelines, working with internal stakeholders (sales, R&D, operations) and external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) to meet deadlines.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, trade show ROI, and content engagement metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials in alignment with Arcade Beauty's visual identity and messaging guidelines.
• Perform competitive research and market trend analysis within the fragrance and cosmetics industries.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison between the President of North America and the regional marketing agency, supporting execution of Mar Com initiatives including website updates, content development, press releases, and social/digital activations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of marketing experience; experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, CPG, or contract manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);
  Canva.
• Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media management tools is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer events.
