In order to strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking to hire a Marketing Manager, based in Los Angeles, California. In this position you will oversee Ferrari regional marketing activities at an assigned group of Ferrari dealers in the Western Region. Ensure that the dealer marketing strategy and tactics are in line with the Ferrari corporate vision and Ferrari North America's (FNA) sales objectives.

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Manager is responsible for preparing for and attending quarterly dealer visits with the Regional Manager and Aftersales Business Manager to ensure proper alignment on overall Ferrari North America message and vision. Serve as the manufacturer's lead marketing representative with the assigned dealers. Develop regional dealer marketing initiatives with corresponding KPIs and consult, advise, and support dealers as needed. Work with the FNA sales and marketing teams to ensure that dealer marketing plans are aligned with sales objectives.

Distribute major FNA marketing communications to dealers and act as interface for corresponding questions, requests, etc. Oversee coordination of Ferrari North America sponsor partners with FNA dealer and national events Manage the Ferrari Contact Plan/Concierge/Ferrari Support process and dealer responsibilities. Maintain the Ferrari Event Management Platform Ensure that targeted marketing investment and marketing staffing levels are achieved. Monitor dealer activities for compliance with Ferrari guidelines (Corporate Identity, marketing, and other, from events through advertising, etc.

Planning/Strategic Role Lead assigned dealers in developing targeted and effective marketing plans with tangible KPIs. Act as a marketing consultant and advisor to dealers on a full spectrum of marketing activities and systems, including CRM, Advertising, Direct Marketing, Events, CI, etc. Integrate and maximize FNA partner and co-marketing relationships at dealer level. Execution Assist, advise and manage dealers in executing local market events.

Represent Ferrari brand to clients, dealers, partners, and agencies. Coordinate and oversee FNA communications materials to assigned dealers. Help support training for dealers on FNA marketing systems and processes (CRM, etc.) Oversight Work to ensure that Ferrari dealer marketing and sales objectives and marketing performance targets are met. Monitor the execution of dealer marketing plans in real-time on a monthly basis and track the dealer marketing plans across Ferrari's internal proprietary marketing plan reporting system.

Ensure that targeted marketing investment and marketing staffing levels are achieved. Monitor dealer activities for compliance with Ferrari guidelines (Corporate Identity, marketing, and other, from events through advertising, etc.) Reporting/Feedback Evaluate, support, train and/or coach dealers on the Ferrari marketing systems and initiatives including: CRM Marketing Planning Tool KPI's Dealer Marketing Bonus Ensure regular and accurate recordkeeping of periodic dealer marketing review visits.

Facilitate and ensure best practices sharing across dealer network. Develop improvement recommendations for marketing programs, tools and processes. In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor's degree in related field, 3+ years' experience in the fields of Luxury or Luxury Auto brand, 5+ years of marketing/advertising experience, Prior experience working in the corporate environment as well as working with dealerships.

The following skills are required to perform the role:
Extremely strong communication skills (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills. Ability to meaningfully interact with dealership management and clients. Ability to present a sophisticated, polished presence to represent Ferrari North America at dealer events. Must have the knowledge and ability to work with the latest website technologies and trends. Excellent analytical and customer relations skills. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
