Job PurposeWe are looking for an intelligent, innovative and creative Marketer with a passion for brands. The ideal candidate will drive the business forward with out of the box ideas, strong leadership of the cross‑functional team and by challenging the status quo to get things done more efficiently. This position will require an in‑depth understanding of brand development, which includes market trends, consumer focus, and category dynamics.
The role will require both strategic thinking and understanding of logistical execution to continue to nurture Popsicle brand love and role in consumer’s lives.
- Developing and managing the Innovation Pipeline with a cross‑functional team to ensure packaging, product and customer demands are launched on time and in full.
- Lead consumer research by partnering with Insights team to conduct research on new innovation, communication assets and product concepts.
- Partner closely with Operations marketing team to ensure flawless execution in market.
- Lead culture‑driven communication writing and development for creative agency brief and lead the development of final assets.
- Lead Popsicle co‑brand strategy work and manage relationships with co‑brand partners, including forecast accuracy and contract negotiations.
- Day‑to‑day management includes:
- Budget and invoices
- Run and conduct market analysis to understand market trends and opportunities

- Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, preferably CPG.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of digital and e‑commerce.
- Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business.
- Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills.
- Experience working with agencies and media partners.
- Experience working with different customer channels.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team‑based structure.
- Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.
- Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view.

The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
