* Join an industry-leading Life Sciences company as the Omnichannel Paid Media Marketing Support specialist. This role will support the execution of direct-to-consumer (DTC) paid media initiatives for the Obesity Marketing portfolio, focusing on increasing patient awareness and driving brand impact. Key responsibilities include logistical coordination, agency management, and media campaign execution across channels such as display, OLV & CTV/streaming, SEM, POC, paid social, and television.

This is a non-lead, hands-on support position best suited to an experienced media agency professional.

** Essential Responsibilities*
* ** Media Planning & Execution*
* + Coordinate with media partners, internal teams, and agencies to activate DTC paid media plans.

+ Support brand and Center of Excellence (COE) teams in executing plans aligned with strategic positioning and messaging.

+ Oversee agency partners in media planning, buying, tracking, and optimization across assigned brands.

+ Collaborate with COE to provide performance insights and drive efficient optimization efforts.

+ Liaise with various brand teams to ensure media activities align with portfolio requirements.

** Internal Stakeholder Collaboration*
* + Interact with medical, managed markets, regulatory, sales, legal, and corporate communications teams.

+ Partner with analytics and intelligence teams to track metrics, providing data-driven insights for campaign success.

+ Align with brand leads on needs and execution plans for paid media initiatives.

** Materials & Review*
* + Coordinate asset and material development with COE, brand, and agency teams to enable timely launches.

+ Maintain clear communication with external media partners to ensure on-time campaign deployment.

** Tracking, Reporting & Optimization*
* + Support campaign set-up, testing, and reporting requirements for comprehensive measurement.

+ Monitor "test-and-learn" initiative results and emergent trends in DTC channels.

+ Partner with external agencies for robust conversion tracking and spend optimization.

+ Lead and participate in regular status/optimization meetings.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Onsite presence at Plainsboro, NJ office required; hybrid arrangement is allowed, with attendance adjusted per meeting and business needs.

** Qualifications*
* +  
** Minimum 5+ years' paid media marketing experience; strong experience in multichannel media planning and oversight is required.*
* + Prior pharmaceutical industry or healthcare media agency experience strongly preferred.

+ Proven background in digital paid media planning (display, OLV, CTV, paid social) with backend technical understanding.

+  
** Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.*
* + Demonstrated achievements in traditional, digital, and emerging media domains.

+ Excellent organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple work streams and agency partners.

+ Strong communication and analytical capabilities, with a solutions-oriented, forward-thinking approach.
