Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating proactively, and confidently managing multiple projects at once.

  • Research and source branded merchandise, obtain supplier pricing, and prepare customized quotes, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, and Logistics to ensure projects move smoothly from concept through delivery.
  • Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule and orders are produced and delivered on time.
  • Review artwork, proofs, and order specifications to ensure accuracy before production.
  • Monitor project timelines, production, shipping, and order status while proactively communicating updates and resolving issues.
  • Work with vendors to resolve production, shipping, and quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and client communications.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the CCGPromo division by collaborating with internal teams on client projects, fulfillment, and other operational needs.
  • Attend occasional client meetings and industry events (minimal travel).

  • Ability to build professional relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities.
