Marketing & Evaluation Coordinator

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Monday-Friday | Full-Time Hours

Are you the person everyone relies on to keep projects organized, events running smoothly, and the little details from falling through the cracks? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment where every day is different?

• Coordinate marketing projects and maintain portfolio tracking
• Prepare fragrance samples, presentation materials, and customer submission kits
• Support customer events, internal showcases, and product demonstrations
• Research consumer trends, competitive product launches, and market activity
• Coordinate fragrance evaluation sessions and prepare testing materials
• Schedule meetings and support cross-functional communication between Marketing, Evaluation, and Creative teams
• Maintain project trackers, organize shared resources, and support day-to-day operations
• Assist with shipments, labeling, inventory, and project documentation

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role
• Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research and improve workflow efficiency
• Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks including sample preparation, kit assembly, labeling, and organizing materials

• Fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or Home Care industry experience
• Coordinating customer events, product launches, or internal showcases
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
