Retail Media & Paid Search Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Retail Media & Paid Search Manager to join their team. As a Retail Media & Paid Search Manager, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the eCommerce and Media Strategy teams. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns within Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP platforms
• Execute retail media campaigns across Amazon, Walmart Connect, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and overall efficiency
• Manage audience targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation, and campaign pacing
• Develop and distribute campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations

• 5-7+ years of experience in retail media, ecommerce media, paid search, or digital marketing
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP platforms
• Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns within Amazon platforms
• Strong understanding of retail media KPIs, including ROAS, conversion rate, sales lift, and share of voice
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
