Perfect Snacks is seeking a Brand Manager, Innovation in East Hanover, NJ to lead a multi-year product innovation pipeline aligned with our marketing strategy and to strengthen our leadership in the natural snacks category.
You will partner with R&D, Consumer Insights, Sales and Finance to translate consumer needs into winning concepts, validate ideas through Stage Gate, and drive launches from concept to market. A BS degree and 6–8 years in CPG marketing are required.
