Technical Account Manager

An industry leader specializing in developing creative and valuable media and financial solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its dynamic, insight‑driven team. This role will play a key part in supporting technical workflows, optimizing client programs, and ensuring seamless execution across complex, data‑rich initiatives.

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, helping them understand platform capabilities and best practices
• Translate client goals and performance data into strategic recommendations that improve outcomes and ROI
• Troubleshoot issues across integrations, tagging, pixel tracking, and campaign delivery
• Analyze campaign data, build reports, and deliver insights that support smarter decision‑making
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to advocate for client needs and influence platform enhancements
• Strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing guidance, support, and proactive communication
• Oversee multiple client initiatives, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables stay on track

• Clients view you as a trusted partner who elevates their understanding and performance

• A client‑facing professional with 5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising
• Someone who understands the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and the workflows that connect them
• Confident navigating technical conversations, from implementation details to performance optimization
• Skilled in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis tools, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
• Familiar with APIs, SDKs, ad‑serving tags, and web analytics tools
• A relationship‑builder who can earn trust and maintain long‑term client partnerships
• Able to manage multiple projects at once while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed

Salary Range: $110,000 – 125,000 per year, based on experience

Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
