Ready to accelerate your career?
Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We've built the leading solution for companies to make and manage all their payments.
Clara is backed by some of the most successful investors in the world, including top regional VCs like monashees, Kaszek, and Canary, and leading global funds like Notable Capital, Coatue, DST Global Partners, ICONIQ Growth, General Catalyst, Citi Ventures, SV Angel, Citius, Endeavor Catalyst, and Goldman Sachs - in addition to dozens of angel investors and local family offices. We’re building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations across the region.
We invite you to join us if you want to be part of a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your career and support you to do some of the best work of your life alongside a passionate and committed team distributed across the Americas.
This is a highly hands-on design role at the intersection of growth, performance marketing, and AI. You will design the assets and experiences that drive Clara's acquisition engine across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia — ad creatives, landing pages, lifecycle journeys, and conversion flows — using AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow, from first prompt to final asset.
You'll help define what AI-augmented growth design looks like at scale, on a team that is actively building AI-native workflows into everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and produce performance creative at scale — static ads, video concepts, carousels, and social assets for Meta, Google, and Linked In — using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, Figma AI) combined with strong design craft.
- Design and optimize landing pages and conversion flows, applying CRO best practices for hierarchy, scroll depth, and clarity — and partnering with the Paid Media team to A/B test and iterate until the metrics move.
- Use AI daily to accelerate creative production: generating visual variants, exploring concepts, drafting layouts, and turning briefs into testable assets in hours, not weeks.
- Build and maintain a scalable creative system — templates, components, and brand-consistent asset libraries in Figma — so the Growth team ships faster across 3 markets and 3 languages (PT-BR, ES-MX, ES-CO).
- Partner with Growth - Paid Media to interpret creative performance data, generate hypotheses, and feed learnings back into the next iteration.
- Run visual QA on assets and pages before they go live; keep the brand consistent across every touchpoint of the funnel.
- Scout, pilot, and adopt new AI design tools — you keep our creative stack ahead of the industry, and document workflows so the whole team levels up.
- Use automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) to reduce repetitive production work and create scalable creative workflows.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves:- 2+ years of experience in growth design, performance/marketing design with measurable business impact.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, landing pages, or conversion-focused work —
applications without a portfolio will not be considered. - Active, daily user of AI tools — generative image/video tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway or similar) and LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) are part of your real workflow, not an occasional experiment.
- Can write effective prompts: you know how to give AI models context, constraints, and references to get useful outputs on the first or second try — and you know when to take over and finish by hand.
- Expert in Figma; you think in components and systems, not one-offs.
- Conversion mindset — you track CTR, CVR, and CAC the way other designers track likes, and you use data to inform design decisions.
- Comfortable working with experimentation: A/B tests, creative testing frameworks, iterating based on results.
- Organized and able to handle multiple markets and formats in parallel.
- Comfortable communicating with both creative and analytical teams.
- Experience with motion design (After Effects,…
