Research and identify prospective sponsors within the local community. Contact businesses through phone calls, emails, and in-person networking opportunities. Assist in creating sponsorship proposals and customized partnership packages. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective sponsors. Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and partnership opportunities. Help activate sponsorship agreements by ensuring sponsor benefits are fulfilled during games and community events. Assist with sponsor recognition through social media, game-day announcements, signage, and promotional materials.

Represent the Jersey Shore Breaks at networking events, community appearances, and business functions. Collaborate with the marketing and game-day operations teams to maximize sponsor visibility. Perform additional sales and business development tasks as assigned.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with business professionals. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Interest in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or sales is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is preferred for attending meetings and community events Time management Ability to multitask with several project details at once Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
