The Product Director, Channel Innovation & Execution – CAPLYTA®A key leader within the CAPLYTA marketing and franchise organization, responsible for developing and scaling innovative channel strategies across the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities- Own telehealth strategy development, including design and deployment of marketing tactics aligned to broader brand strategy and direct-to-patient efforts
- Lead telepsychiatry program launch and execution, including end-to-end development, account management, and ongoing optimization to drive channel performance
- Identify, pilot, and scale innovative marketing tactics and partnerships across the mental health ecosystem using a test-and-learn, data-driven approach
- Explore and prioritize additional innovative channel opportunities that can fuel further CAPLYTA performance
- Partner with the Strategic Customer Group (SCG) to shape and execute digital pharmacy and fulfillment strategies
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across digital pharmacy channels, aligned with access, adherence, and patient experience objectives
- Execute advisory boards, market research, and analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights that inform telehealth and digital pharmacy strategy
- Define success metrics and track performance to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience, including pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is required
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Access, or Managed Care strongly preferred
- Neuroscience or mental health experience preferred
- Strategic and innovative thinker with a results-oriented, test-and-learn mindset
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Proven marketing experience with strong project management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, agencies, and external partners in a fast-paced environment
