Marketing Coordinator (Temporary) – Hybrid (Wall, NJ)

We are seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support energy efficiency marketing initiatives through content development, campaign execution, project management, and lead generation efforts.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, direct mail, social media, sponsor ships, and customer outreach channels.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content, including emails, newsletters, collateral, presentations, case studies, and social media materials.
• Manage campaign timelines, agency/vendor coordination, approvals, and project deliverables.
• Maintain website and intranet content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program information.
• Track and process digital leads, support CRM activities, and assist with reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and marketing events, including stakeholder communications and logistics.
• Analyze customer feedback and marketing performance data to identify trends and support program improvements.
• Qualifications
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Marketing, communications, or agency experience
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and project management platforms preferred.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
