We're looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to help support community outreach campaigns and promotional events. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and representing meaningful campaigns in public settings.

As a Marketing Associate, you'll work at pre-scheduled community events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns where you'll engage with the public, answer questions, and help create positive brand experiences. Every day is different, offering a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop communication, leadership, and marketing skills.

Represent campaigns at community events and promotional activations

Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner

Share information about current campaigns and initiatives

Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown

Help create engaging experiences that leave a positive impression

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation is preferred

Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled events

Comfortable working with the public

Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or event experience is helpful but not required
