Fellowship Alliance Chapel (FAC) in southern New Jersey seeks its next Senior Pastor who, with God’s direction, will lead us into the next season of ministry. FAC, a multigenerational church with ~1,200 weekend attendees, is committed to the CMA and elder governance.
The Senior Pastor will oversee 20+ staff, partner with the elder board, and guide fundraising and capital campaigns. We value strong expository preaching, leadership in staff development, and financial stewardship.
