Jewish Federation of Greater Metro West NJ is seeking a Major Gifts Development Officer to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors. This role emphasizes strategic relationship-building and donor strategy development to deepen engagement and increase giving.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Major Gifts Director and Campaign team to grow the donor pipeline and support the federation’s Annual Campaign, which currently raises over $35 million.
