Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: 37.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (in office 3 days per week)
Location: Onsite Titusville NJ

Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator, Social Impact, will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Social Impact strategy. This position blends project coordination, program management and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of employee engagement initiatives and charitable donation programs.
The role is well-suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, engage internal and external stakeholders, and drive execution while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the Social Impact team.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination- Provide end-to-end management and coordination of select employee engagement initiatives, such as Bridge to Employment (career coaching program), Social Impact Challenge (skills-based volunteer initiative) and Non-Profit Board Leadership Training Program (employee board training).
- Support volunteer leaders in the planning and execution of campus-wide and enterprise
-wide Social Impact activities including blood drives, holiday gift drives, Take Our Children to Work Day, You Matter Day and Global Inclusion Day. - Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, materials development, stakeholder communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Support system needs for charitable contributions support, including vendor updates in APEX (payment system) for non-profit partners.
- Manage product and cash OBRA (Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) forms, providing transparency for charitable contributions and product donations.
- Maintain raw data tracking for social impact initiatives, including product donations and employee engagement.
- Conduct research for new disease areas / geographies for charitable giving.
- Manage procurement activities including purchase orders, invoices and supply ordering.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Social Impact team, including light calendar coordination, meeting support and discretionary expense tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for Social Impact events, including supply procurement, facilities coordination and vendor engagement.
- Manage volunteer mailings and distribution of event materials.
- Engage and coordinate with external nonprofit partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed for employee engagement event coordination and charitable contributions processing.
- Manage review and approval process for campus activities (i.e. tabling, drives, external vendors needing space on campus for communication with employees).
- Support communications for employee engagement activities including newsletters, digital signage, SharePoint updates and development of storytelling content.
- Maintain department and Social Impact SharePoint sites, updating as needed.
