Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available. Same Day Pay. FT: 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM. PT: 7 AM - 3 PM. PRN: 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM, 7 AM - 3 PM. Baylor Weekends: 7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM. $3 PIB. $1 Shift Diff. $5,000 Sign-on bonus for FT and $2,500 Sign-on bonus for PT.

$37 - $46 per hour (all inclusive).

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Registered Nurse (RN) will perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Long term care experience.
