• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing direct care to patients in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing staff in a long-term care setting is preferred
• Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by: monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery process for residents
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Current CPR certificate
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

  Full-time, including On-call and Weekend Manager on Duty rotations
