• Nursing (RN) license or valid New York State Licensed Professional Nursing (LPN) license.
• Must be available to work the entire summer session (July 6 – August 14, 2026).
• Must be available one day between June 29 and July 2 to receive medications.

• Working knowledge of practical nursing techniques.
• Computer skills; able to type reports as needed.
• Desire to work with elementary/secondary school students with disabilities.
• Ability to accurately record and report health/medical information.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work with students and parents.

• Performs medical and/or emergency treatments of injuries and illness of students and staff as required.
• Dispenses medications as needed.
• Daily attendance is expected.
