Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality resident outcomes.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident status.
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
- Uphold resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
