We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home.

This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts, along with full training and hands‑on support for nurses new to trach and vent care.

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey

• Location: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, and Union Counties
• Paid Training: Comprehensive classroom and hands‑on field training with our Nurse Educators.

• Flexible Scheduling: Full‑time, Part‑Time Day, Evening or Overnights (8‑hour, 10‑hour, 12‑hour shifts).

• Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
