The CNA assists nursing staff in delivering direct resident care and basic nursing services in accordance with facility policies and procedures. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as required
• Serve meals and assist residents who require help with feeding
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms, including making and changing beds
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current CNA certification or enrolled in a state-approved Nurse Aide program (must obtain certification within 120 days)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
