Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

We are looking for caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver exceptional, hands-on care and support to our residents.


Currently Hiring FT, PT, PD across all shifts

New CNA’s are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $21.00 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills

• Weekend Baylor:
  Double shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and paid for 5 shifts!

• Sign on Bonus

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey

• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
