• Pay Transparency:
  Anticipated hourly wage range – compensation depends on education, skills, and experience.

• Required:
  
  ASN or Nursing Diploma; 1‑2 years experience in specialty; strong communication and organizational skills; proficient computer skills.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS; active New Jersey Registered Nurse license; valid New Jersey State driver’s license.
• Preferred: BSN (to be completed within 5 years upon hire); screening certification eligibility; national certification.

• Day Shift, 36 hours.

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice and uphold the ANA code of ethics.
• Maintain evidence‑based practice and advance personal and team knowledge.
• Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
• Understand the patient population served.
• Supervise and delegate tasks, and collaborate with other patient‑care providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities to achieve measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Integrate the nursing process and individualize care plans for each patient.
