RN​/LPN Pediatric Homecare - Overnights

Overview

Star Pediatric Home Care Agency, now part of Abound Health, provides compassionate care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patients during day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Paid Training:
Comprehensive classroom and hands‑on field training with our Nurse Educators.

Full‑time, part‑time, and a variety of shift options (8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts; day, evening, and night).

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per‑case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care.
• New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.

$33‑$45 per hour. Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may include various other forms of pay.

For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on day 60 of employment following the first of the month.
