Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Work shifts:
Part‑Time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. PRN: any 8‑hour shift, one weekend per month required.

Salary: $32.00 – $42.00/hr based on experience & incentives. Sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new full‑time hires. Full‑time positions may waive benefits for an additional $3.00 per hour. Shift differentials of $1.00 for 3 PM – 11 PM and 11 PM – 7 AM. Daily pay available.

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing practice standards and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Long‑term care experience required.
• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
