RN Registered Nurse - Home Health | Mays Landing

A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience is needed for a full-time, 13-week home health contract. This position is ideal for professionals who excel at both clinical skills and thorough documentation, and are comfortable managing the unique demands of a structured home health schedule.

• Monday through Friday, full-time
• On-call likely during assignment

• Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and submit timely, accurate OASIS documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and adjust individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition or response to interventions
• Ensure consistent, clear communication with the clinical team

• Active RN license required
• At least one year of recent experience as a home health RN
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation is essential
• Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily patient visits and full-time availability
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
