Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Night Shift

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located at 395 Lakeside Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721, is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for NIGHT SHIFT to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents with overnight needs and daily living activities

• Monitor, assess, and document resident health, vital signs, and treatments during night hours

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

• Respond promptly and professionally to overnight resident needs and changes in condition

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

• Active New Jersey LPN license

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight shifts

• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
