* Job Description:
** - Be at the forefront of veteran care in an exciting and dynamic operating room environment! - Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation reflecting:
- Assessment of patient needs
- Interdisciplinary treatment plans
- Clinical interventions
- Evaluation of patients' responses to treatments
- Lead and support non-nursing direct care providers in the operating room:
- Assign tasks and evaluate their performance
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Skills & Experience:
**
- Minimum qualifications:
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to create effective nursing care plans
- Proficient in delivering a wide range of professional nursing services
- Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and hospital personnel
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital operating room
- Competence in scrubbing and circulating all types of surgical cases, including:
- General Surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) - Orthopedics/Spine/Podiatry
- Urology - ENT
- Vascular

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
** Certifications & Licensure:**
- Required:
- BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - Preferred:
- ACLS - AHA - PALS

** - 5 days a week, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - No call, weekends, or holidays
